Please be advised that Section 205 (3)(a)(b) of the Labour Relations Act (LRA) 66 of 1995 requires an employer to maintain a record of any strike, lockout and/ or protest action involving its employees that occurred between January and December 2025.
The LRA imposes a duty on employers to document any strike activity and to submit such information in the required LRA 9.2 Form to the Director-General, Department of Employment and Labour.
