Section 14 of the Main Agreement provides that every employee is entitled to leave enhancement pay (LEP), calculated on the basis of 8.33 percent of actual earnings, excluding allowances based on the actual normal ordinary hours worked.
Deadline for exemption applications is 31 October 2025.
