Women of Steel – Women’s Leadership Mentoring Programme

SEIFSA, in partnership with Danish Industries (DI), is launching a pilot project, the ‘Women of Steel – Women’s Leadership Mentoring Programme’. We invite your organisation to participate as a strategic partner.

This 6 months initiative is designed to strengthen the pipeline of women leaders within the metals and engineering industry. In addition, the programme will support organisations in applying gender-inclusive leadership practices.

The programme will focus on 5 critical leadership capabilities, namely:

  • Leadership identity and goal setting;
  • Communication and influence;
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience;
  • Leadership presence; and
  • Career progression strategy

Your organisation’s participation presents an opportunity to:

  • Shape future industry leaders
  • Strengthen internal leadership development pipelines
  • Position your organisation as a champion of gender inclusion

We invite you to nominate senior leaders as mentors, as well as high-potential women within your organisation as mentees.

SEIFSA will provide a fully structured programme, which will support all participants.
